Kommunikate is an advanced file sharing and communication system which allows your team to share files (messages, documents, PDFs, and any media) all organized in one central location. If you’re working on a project, or just need to connect your team members on a daily basis, Kommunikate will provide your staff with an easy-to-use format for file sharing and project management.

How does it work? A front-end system organizes content like messages, documents and media automatically: Kommunikate adds page numbers, back and next buttons where necessary. Your team can create information categories on the back-end which will automatically populate options on the front-end. For example: if you add research reports as a category, it will become an option for users to search by in the front-end.

MESSAGES. Send private or public messages. You can even send private message to individual team members. Messages are organized by title with response strings and email notification.

  • A Check-in/Check-out system ensures that one master copy exists – you won't need to worry about multiple versions of a document floating around
  • You can share media with all web-users: if you want you can set the permission level to allow, for example, all visitors to download PDF reports on your website, OR you can use it to share logos or company icons internally or with the press
  • You have admin control and the ability to add and delete users, set their profiles and set permission levels
  • File sharing with groups – for example everyone involved in a project can work together on Kommunikate
  • Another company can login and use your system to correspond with you, if you so choose
  • Kommunicate will allow you to set Keywords, to allow you, or other users, to be able to search for the documents they need.
  • You can post messages to other internal users or to general web users, which will notify users via email to log in for project or team information
  • Your team can send messages from Kommunikate, which keeps a record of messages in the central system but also allows email notification
